If you are a hands-on leader who has retained strong clinical skills in Telemetry, Cardiac Patient Care and Rhythm Strips, please consider this opportunity as Clinical Director of Telemetry Services. We are looking for someone with three or more years of directorship experience, and solid experience in telemetry is a must. The Clinical Director of Telemetry Services performs the following: -Leadership and direction of patient care, unit operation, task delegation, and resource management. -Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with physicians and other hospital directors. -Recruitment, interviewing, and selection of suitable department staff. -Prepare and operationalize budget. - Use hospital and department policies as a basis for decision making for both clinical and management issues. - Ensure compliance with license/accreditation standards. -Monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of the care provided by the unit. -Integrate appropriate new clinical trends into practice.

Compensation: Excellent salary commensurate with experience.

Experience: Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required with two or more years of leadership experience in a Telemetry or Critical Care unit. Masters degree is preferred. Verified Arizona RN license or other compact state license is required. Competitive candidates will have three or more years of director level experience on a large Telemetry unit.
