Bayada Nurses, Home Health Specialists, has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Account Manager to develop and oversee our liaison program at a major pediatric facility in the greater Philadelphia marketplace. In this multifunctional role, you will have the opportunity to apply your business, managerial and clinical knowledge while developing and building lasting relationships with hospital administrators, physicians and other health care staff. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for high level strategic and organizational planning. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in program and business development, and possess strong marketing, sales and networking skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, and leading an interdisciplinary marketing team.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and is results driven. You must possess the ability to work independently, but also function as an integral member of a larger team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with pediatric health care experience. A Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Business is preferred and knowledge of hospital operations and home care services is a plus. Prior experience serving in an Account Management or Business Development role in the healthcare industry is required.
