Minimum required qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent, Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor or certifiable within 12 months of hire, Bilingual Spanish/English required, valid Massachusetts Drivers License with access to vehicle, ability to sit at a desk, to use computer and make phone calls, two years experience working in substance abuse field and knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention principles, demonstrate skills in community education and organizing, willingness to be trained in blood draws support the mission and goals of the agency.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Education: Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to be creative and flexible.
