100% Spanish is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist-Program Coordinator for our school and business programs. Our small group programs are designed to meet the needs of our clients. The Part Time Receptionist - Program Coordinator will an answer phones, make and develop relationships in schools and business, schedule appointments, sell and setup programs, work with the administration to schedule classes and teachers, follow up with current clients, and work with teachers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, BA/BS preferred. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish preferred. Experience in sales preferred. High energy level and flexibility needed. Belief that all people can learn and a positive outlook are essential. The Receptionist Representative- Program Coordinator generally works 20 hours per week answering phones, following up with leads, and meeting with and selling to prospective clients and clients.

Requirements to be a Part Time Receptionist-Program Coordinator: * High School Diploma * BA/BS degree in Education, Liberal Arts, and/or Business Management desired. * Bi-lingual Preferred (English/Spanish) * Prior experience in project management, as team leader, or in sales role is a plus * Good organizational and communication skills. * Basic computer literacy is a must. Part Time Receptionist-Program Coordinator: $6.55 per hour plus incentive bonuses, company cell phone will be provided. Background check required for all positions.
