Service Receptionist/Cashier needed for professional, high-line auto dealership in Boston. Part-time evenings & weekends available. Perfect position for someone interested in advancing within a dynamic ($80M) company with 100+ employees. Applicants must be extremely outgoing & friendly, as well as professional in both manner and appearance. The right candidate is both reliable and responsible and will pay close attention to detail. Pay will be commensurate with both experience and enthusiasm.

Duties will include:
· Ensuring that service clients understand invoice and are satisfied with experience
· Verify all client contact information
· Contacting clients to ensure satisfaction +/or reappoint for service
· Direct Large Volume of Sales/Service calls
· Cashiering for large volume of Service Customers
· Data Entry, Report Printing & Copying
· Proofing Documents
· Cashiering and Filing as needed
