The lead business analyst performs business leadership, analytical and administrative tasks in support of Information Systems (IS) projects. This entails studying the business systems environment, documenting work flow/systems and processes, and identifying and resolving complex business problems. Lead business analysts typically share project management with a technical lead.

SAIF’s IS Division values customer service and creativity, and provides expertise in project and change management. You’ll feel valued in this team-oriented environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work on project teams with customers, technical IS professionals, other business analysts, and will be able to influence decisions.


Skills:
Interested? If you have at least three years of experience as a senior level business analyst that includes leading a major project or multiple minor projects, we’d like to hear from you. PMI training and experience in workers’ compensation insurance or a comparable business environment will also help.
