In this contracted position, the therapist would provide face-to-face early intervention therapy services to children ages birth through three years of age in the natural environment. Services to be provided include evaluations and ongoing therapy services, as needed. The therapist would be required to maintain daily notes for each date of service as well as quarterly progress reports. The provider will need to follow the guidelines developed by the Department of Public Welfare, Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) including, but not limited to Early Intervention Principles. Pre-service trainings and annual trainings are required. The therapist would be required to bill the appropriate parties for the services provided. The therapist would function as a team member in implementing the service needs of each child.
