Compensation: Regional Sales Representative will have a base salary of $45,000.00 plus commission, healthcare, paid vacations and Holidays, sick and personal days, and discounts.

Territory: Domestic: Florida
Export: Central and South America and the Caribbean
Ideal Profile: Experienced Sales Manager with proven track record working directly with retailers or through distributors in the outdoor furniture industry. It is important to have established contacts and is willing to travel as required.
Responsibilities:
* Visits potential customers including patio furniture stores, developers, designers and architects.
* Responsible for developing and executing sales plans, opening new accounts, processing sales orders and maintaining/improving relationships with newly acquired clients.
* Other responsibilities include communicating weekly activity, monthly status progress reports, and regular visits with key customers and distributors while providing significant input of our international strategic plan.
* Responsible for tracking all prospects by city, state, and country and providing a monthly activity report.
* Directly responsible for growth, revenue and margin performance consistent with corporate goals and objectives.
* Responsible for conducting presentations to potential customers as well as Sr. Management on performance, strategic market positioning and competitive bid opportunities of Yedra Polaris World products.
* Manage relationships with customers and making sure they are in compliance with agreements on inventory, sales and payments.
* Insure customer locations maintain product availability, brands and position according to the merchandising plan for that type of outlet.

Requirements: The area covered includes Florida, Caribbean and Central & South America. Experience presenting to key executives at various retail stores and excellent communication and management skills are a must. Heightened sense of urgency and action oriented. International travel possibly required in the near future and must be multi-lingual including fluent in English and Spanish.
* Minimum of three years of relevant experience (as Sales Manager years selling custom furniture to Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers and Owners).
* Willing to prospect and cold call.
* Detail-oriented, able to communicate well both verbally and in writing with customers and Sr. Management.
* Self-Starting and highly motivated.
* Proficient in computers with good working knowledge of database, Microsoft Office products and how to use them with ability to put together presentations for customers / potential customers in a professional manner.
* Proven Direct Key Account Experience across Retail channels.
