Provide direction to implementation and support project team members consisting of Implementation Analysts/Specialists and Technical Customer Support Reps (phone support). Manage multiple projects concurrently varying in size and scope. Identify resources needed to deliver each project successfully, secure the resources, and manage them on a daily basis to deliver the project to the customer on time. Accurately forecast and recognize revenue based upon standard business procedures set by JDAS Finance and Accounting. Participate on the JDAS Specialty Crop leadership team.   Education Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Information Technology, or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.  Required Skills and Experience Strong Project Management experience, including managing resources. Knowledge of customers and markets utilizing IT solutions in business processes. Familiar with software and harware IT processes. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution Ability to multitask in fast pace environment and manage multiple projects at one time. Strong problem solving skills. Must be willing to work out of the Lathrop, California office.  Must be willing to travel 25% of the time. Desired Skills and Experience Understanding of applications development environment, data management and infrastructure. Knowledge of products, customers, markets and competitors within the Ag Industry and/or Specialty Crop business. Experience in the implementation and support of IT systems within an agriculture environment.  This position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
