Our platform and UI touch tens of millions of users through mobile operators, telco's, universities and community organizations. We RTW quarterly using Agile/Scrum to balance doing the right work and having a life. The Lead Program Manager for Billing/Reporting drives our vNext platform data that is transformed by SyndC and injected into MS billing systems and used for business reporting by internal MS and external partners. You will enable technical direction & strategy, and provide leadership to coordinate technology investments. RESPONSIBILTIES: Vision Strategy: Ensure vNext BI/Reporting achieve business and platform scenarios. Define: Develop functional specifications & use case scenario's for BI & Billing platform services Customer/Partner: Evaluate preliminary platform requests into person hour costing for strategic business commitment estimates. Leadership: Ensure SyndC Service Level Agreements are in place in cross team data relationships Talent Management: Lead a technical, results-driven Program Management team for BI/Billing Integration: work across peers @ programs in Office, Mobile, Platform, & Windows Live COMPETENCIES: 4+ years prior hands-on experience with high-volume billing and/or reporting services Experience in Data Warehouse (ETL, OLAP) and SQL Reporting Services 3+ years of people management experience reflected by above MS average WHI Hands on experience with Agile software development methodologies like SCRUM A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred, but demonstration of skills is accepted.
