Basic job description is to input incoming food orders (via phone, Internet & fax) into our computer system and to ensure proper processing of orders (quality assurance). Employees are also responsible for handling some administrative tasks. Personnel management skills are required.

Clear verbal and written communication skills a MUST!

Applicant must have strong work ethics; customer service skills; keen attention to detail; logical and methodical thinking, typing accuracy, strong communication skills and an ability to react and think quickly. Additionally, applicant MUST maintain excellent work performance and OUTSTANDING ATTENDANCE RECORD. Applicant should be familiar with various types of cuisine (i.e Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Oriental etc). Previous work experience with the restaurant industry is advantageous. Basic administrative and software/computer/data entry knowledge required. Applicant should be energized to interact/communicate with employees and customers at different levels and be self-motivated. A strong ability to communicate and iteract effectively with employees and customers is required.
