Johnson County company has an immediate opening a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Duties include: processing applications, matching truck drivers up with attorneys in the city/town which they received a traffic ticket, hiring bail bondsman if the trucker is put in jail for reasons such as having too heavy of a load on the road. Will be following up with individuals to make sure the issue was resolved. This requires excellent verbal communication skills in English AND SPANISH, detail oriented, Word & Excel skills. Must have 1 year phone based customer service experience.
