Click Here to Apply Online Location: West Point, GA As Assistant Manager over the Quality Test Evaluation group, you will lead a team, coordinate daily activities, and develop technical solutions to solve quality related problems while minimizing cost and schedule impact. Flexible schedule to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required plus the ability to travel domestically and internationally required. A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background will be advantageous as you strive for quality and continuous improvements in test. A focus on safety, team relations, quality, cost, housekeeping, and delivery targets for engineers responsible for new model process development will be important under your leadership. Must-have Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field Five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive experience in the Quality Assurance field in a manufacturing environment preferably within the automotive industry Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees in business management or related fields would be a plus.
