The Staff Treasury Analyst develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. Responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. * Improve specific treasury processes by using in-depth knowledge of treasury issues and risks as well as relevant business stakeholders processes * Mitigate risks by understanding the theory and mechanics of the spot and forward foreign exchange markets and a broad range of hedging techniques and derivatives tools * Give sound risk advice to business leaders through thorough understanding of credit, foreign exchange and interest rate risk * Advise business leaders on funding and banking issues by applying knowledge of funding, capital markets and banking instruments Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role) * At least 3 additional years of experience in a treasury or finance position Desired * Master's of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * PC proficiency General * Why join one great company when you can join many?
