The E&D Service & Operations Team is responsible for the execution of online Music, Video and Gaming advertising campaigns for MSN's most strategic clients. In addition to managing the execution of online advertising campaigns, you will leverage your project management skills by leading critical business initiatives and projects. As a TAM, you will also work with cross-functional teams to solve client problems, improve processes, and influence platform development. Finally, you will be joining a smart team focused on achieving amazing results and working together to drive value for our clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Accountable for the successful launch of advertising campaigns on the Microsoft network of entertainment & gaming properties (Music, Video, Gaming) * Interface directly with strategic clients to receive, test, and implement advertiser creative * Project manage strategic initiatives either individually or by leading a virtual team to deliver high impact business results * Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management as to revenue risk * Drive resolution of escalated client technical issues * Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures * Review contracts for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance ensuring the existence of appropriate controls * Coordinate with team members to manage daily team workload * Help foster innovation and thought leadership in tool and process development * Review and provide feedback on new processes, product, and tool releases that will improve operational efficiencies Education and Experience: * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required * 3+ years working in a service organization required * 2+ years project management experience required * Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and HTML required * Online advertising experience strongly preferred * Working knowledge of online advertising technologies required (Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, Streaming Video, etc) * Familiarity with online advertising products required (Eyeblaster, Motif, Pointroll, etc) Proven ability to: * Multitask & work under pressure * Understand customer needs * Build ongoing relationships * High attention to detail and follow through * Passion for online, service, and business results This job description details the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this position.
