In an effort to support our rapid company expansion, we are seeking an experienced uniformed loss prevention agent to join our loss prevention team at the Distribution Center. Our dynamic team strives to enhance the customer’s shopping experience, and is driven not to be the biggest, but the BEST.
This position is a great entry-level opportunity for the right candidate looking to advance from a uniformed to a non-uniformed position within the loss prevention department at the Distribution Center. Responsibilities:
Monitor main entrance/exit for access control (Cheking ID's, Logging visitiors, etc.)
Monitor access control of the receiving gate, including the responsibility of operating the button gate access and intercom.
Monitor access control of the main offices within the Distibution Center
Answer all inbound calls, transferring or taking messages when necessary.
Monitor and manage the EAS pedestals (Responding to alarms, logging alarms, etc.)
Conduct parcel checks on employees and vendors leaving the building.
Respond to emergencies as needed
Conduct CCTV surveillance as directed by the DC Loss Prevention Supervisor
Assist the Loss Prevention Supervisor with various taskes as requested (Audits, EAS equipment inventories, log maintenence, training, etc.)
Other duties and projects as assigned


Skills/ Requirements
The hours are from 5:30AM-2:00PM Monday-Friday. Some exceptions will be necessary due to holidays and special projects.
One year Loss Prevention experience preferred yet not required, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
Knowledge and understanding of CCTV, EAS systems.
Experience training store personnel in Loss Prevention, Store Security and Risk Management related issues.
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
Ability to interact and communicate in a positive manner in an environment consisting of many diverse personalities.
Eighteen years of age with a valid State Drivers License
