Therapist owned, 3500 square foot outpatient orthopedic facility seeks highly motivated therapist to join our practice. We are in immediate need for a full or part-time therapist to help us with our current case load and help us grow. We have a great relationship with the community at large, and thus are looking for the right fit. Salary is self-determined after probationary period if desired. This will be based on reimbursement for your performance, tracked by our electronic billing and documentation system. You would also be free to  pursue community outreach programs, golf clinics, senior expos, etc. Other than living in one of the most temperate climates in the U.S. and working with our wonderful staff, benefits include: probationary base salary (depending on experience), health coverage (HSA/PPO), generous continuing education budget, CA license and APTA membership reimbursement, paid time off and relocation assistance. Owner is Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics, and is interested in "sharpening the saw" with a somewhat seasoned therapist, but would consider new grad. Outdoor activities are in great supply: surfing, hiking, camping, kayaking, biking and visiting beautiful beaches (many located within 45 minute drive). Housing prices are dropping, and newer housing abounds. Now is a good time to get into the market.
