Cottingham & Butler, the nations 51st largest insurance broker, is adding a Client Service Representative to our Chattanooga, TN office.

Our Client Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring that our customers are serviced with excellence. This position will allow you to utilize your customer service and general clerical skills (computer, data entry, etc.) Responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries over the phone, gathering the client information necessary to get quotes from the insurance companies, issuing certificates of coverage, and making policy changes on accounts.

Ideal candidates will have prior office and customer service experience. Insurance experience is not necessary - we will train!!
