COMPANY INFORMATION:
We are a newly formed marketing company in the consumer product space currently marketing an Exotic Coffee through direct sales, non-profit fundraising, commercial and retail channels. The coffee industry is current $70 Billion and is the second largest traded commodity behind oil. In 2009 we will be expanding our product offering into the health and wellness industry.
POSITI0N OVERVIEW:
The Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for interacting via phone, email, fax, etc., with our national network of distributors as well as our retail, commercial and non-profit fundraising accounts. Additional the Customer Representative position will also include a support role for the administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior Customer Service experience
Proven ability to multi-task
Positive and results driven attitude
Excellent phone and people skills
Strong phone voice presence
Excellent computor skills. Proficient with MS Ofc and a demonstrated ability to learn proprietary software applications
Strong desire to succeed and advance
