Successful candidate will:
* Be responsible for the overall technical direction of EBI's Sustainability/LEED/Energy Services
* Create and support energy audit services to commercial and industrial clients,
* Create and provide technical support for LEED-EB services to commercial and industrial clients,
* Be responsible for the creation and management of report templates and delivery services to Sustainability Clients,
* Train existing EBI staff on the fundamentals of energy auditing, and
* Have performed energy audits for at least 5 years for industry and/or commercial properties

* Candidate should have an engineering or architectural degree with at least 10 years of experience,
* andidate should have at least 5 years experience in the performance of energy audits for industrial or commercial properties,
* The candidate should be a LEED Accredited Professional,
* Candidates with MEP or HVAC experience are preferred.
