We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in the Los Angeles district. Position Requirements: The candidate should have between 5-7 years of Project Manager commercial experience on projects in the $5 million to $25 million range.The position involves buyout, subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, architects and sub-trades, and management of financial aspects of contracts. Experience with a general contractor that performs their own concrete work is a plus. A college degree in construction management or civil engineering is required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
