Position Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in a??Open Shop Construction Projectsa?? with total Human Resources responsibility including; Recruiting, Employment, Orientation, Wage Administration, Equal Employment/Affirmative Action, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training, Investigations, Preventative Labor Relations, etc. Applicants must be willing to work project assignments of varying durations at project sites throughout the US. Tetona??s primary geographic focus is on the Southeastern US, but assignments may be in any state. Project assignments include per diems and trips home to your primary residence.
