We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (Southeast Market) for Teton Industrial Construction which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Position Requirements: Teton Industrial Construction, an industry leader in heavy industrial construction services, is seeking a motivated team player with excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills. We are actively seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to support our Business Development/Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a complete and thorough knowledge in the following construction markets; Power, Air Quality Control Systems (AQCS), Cement, Chemical, Oil and Gas. Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Manager manages the districta??s marketing and business development practice including market research, planning, relationship management, market and business development strategy, proposals and presentation development. Responsibilities specific to the position may include: a?? Assembling and analyzing relevant market and industry data a?? Leads Strategic Account Management (SAM) program a?? Leads the effort to identify and qualify high potential opportunities a?? Attends industry, political and community functions and dinners as an ambassador and active face of the company a?? Actively pursues, builds and maintains strong lasting relationships in the industry and community to generate and enhance business opportunities a?? Maintains existing client relationships that lead to repeat work a?? Develops a thorough knowledge of clientsa?? business and industry a?? Educates, coaches and mentors operations staff to enhance business development skills a?? Actively participates in district strategic planning process a?? Proactively determines client's needs prior to contract execution a?? Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50% of the time a??
