Full time, flexible shifts w/call
Responsibilities:

Primary function is to scrub for surgical cases
Handles instruments, supplies, medication, media, specimens, and instrument cases
Functions as a second assistant when fully trained and assumes responsibility for call




Minimum Qualifications
 

Requirements:

Previous hospital experience as an OR Technologist
High school graduate. Associates degree or two years of higher education in a technical or related field preferred
Completion of a surgical technician program through a college, vocational school, military or hospital program
Fulfills all requirements of ORT I. Recent clinical experience as a primary technologist in one surgical specialty and capable of serving as a preceptor in the training of new technologists
Eligible or current CST preferred. Must become certified within 4 years of employment
Current BLS certification
