We are seeking assertive, results-driven commercial BDOs with strong sales background in Nassau County: Westbury/Syosset/Rockville Ctr/Valley Stream/Plainview; Maryland; Virgina; North Carolina.

BDO will prospect for new commercial real estate/commercial loans under $2m with financial institutions that have strong lending appetite. Limited leads will be provided.

We offer a COMPETITIVE Commission Structure. FULL BENEFITS after 90 days; 20 PTO days per year.

BDO is not responsible for managing the relationship or managing the loan through approval to closing. Internally, we will be responsible for this. BDO must maintain a high rate of prospect to closing ratio.

CRE Industries of focus:
Medical, Healthcare (Doctors, outpatient facilities, etc.)
Professional owner-occupied (CPA's, Attorneys, etc.)
Industrial (Distribution facilities, logistics, transportation hubs, export oriented facilities, large food industry, etc.),
Security/Defense
Multi-family, Wholesale, Universities and college selling their dorms to private companies.
