Position Description: The Procurement Analyst will perform spend and cost studies on all commodity areas associated with Brewery Operations and Transportation purchasing. The Analyst will work with various Supply Managers to analyze, validate and communicate data findings. The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the supplier scorecards and will be expected to understand principals of supply management, negotiations, contracting and sourcing. The role with potential advancement to Supply Manager. Responsibilities will include: *Support managers in day-to-day responsibilities to drive savings/synergy goas *Assist in contract drafting with the oversight of Supply Managers *Be proficient in SAP/R3 and APEX/MiBuy processes *Prepare sourcing project deliverables such as cross-functional stakeholder updates and department summary slides *Maintain contract and project files *Assist in the distribution and analysis of all RFP's Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Bachelors' degree in finance or operations Experience: Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience Exhibits capability to effectively interpret and apply contract terms and regulations; Analyzes supplier performance and makes continuous improvement recommendations Demonstrates and articulates fundamental understanding of procure-to-pay process; implements recommendations for improvement; understands linkage to supply management, technical systems and continuous improvement Exhibits effective use of SAP, SAP SRM, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other transactional tools to preform job duties Understands and applies some basic continuous improvement methodologies to daily job Gains stakeholder commitment and buy-in for appropriate options that are new or different from those requested
