Junior to mid-level position We're on the lookout for a talented, focused developer to join our user interface team, converting existing UI mockups to a finished XHTML/CSS product that performs beautifully across browsers. Already known for its easy-to-use interface, Emma is looking to break new ground in its future interface work to create one of the more stylish customer experiences around. In this role, you'll work alongside both UI designers and product developers, bringing your technical mastery of modern application design to Emma's unique sense of style. It's the perfect role for the detail-minded person who loves collaborating on a team, gets a not-so-cheap thrill out of meeting deadlines and works best in a fast-paced environment that may or may not include the musical stylings of Hall & Oates. We are currently looking for folks who would like to live and work in our fair city of Nashville, and relocation is possible for the right candidate. We're looking for candidates who have: * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, ajax, Jquery, Javascript, and similar * Familiarity with popular open APIs * Ideally, two years or more of Web application design experience * Experience being part of UI teams for multiple Web apps, with at least one role leading the UI design from start to finish
