Software Application Database Programmer
Due to our rapid growth in the industry, we are seeking to add to our development team.  We are currently looking for qualified .Net Programmers to fill permanent positions.  Candidates should be ambitious, energetic, bright, self-motivated and detail-oriented.  Our ideal candidate for this position will participate in the implementation of single and multi-tier solutions that employ technologies such as MS SQL Server and the .Net Framework with a strong skill set in database design and xml.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain databases, stored procedures and xml schemas.
Implementing database designs for application projects.
Design and implement data access layers using .Net classes for multi-tiered applications.
Implement data access layers to integrate with application frameworks.
Define and maintain code documentation and use source control solutions in place.

Qualifications

College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
3+ years programming and development experience using Microsoft platforms and technologies.
Strong T-SQL skills, experience designing Tables, Views, StoredProcs, Indexes etc…
Experience with SQL Server 2005 administration and optimization.
Experience designing xml schema definitions a plus.
Visual Studio 2005 2008, VB, C#, T-SQL, Visual Source Safe Team System
Comfortable working independently and in a small team environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.

Ability to self motivate and to work in both independent and team-based environments.
