Strong knowledge of all financial modules including GL, AR, AP, PO, FA, and Oracle HR modules.
Knowledgeable and experienced in underlying Oracle financial applications database architecture as well as Oracle database management and development tools.
Experience in managing and working through Oracle's TAR escalation process, applying software patches and upgrading application environment.
Past experience in a large-scale, custom-developed, eSupply environment with high availability.

Day-to-Day responsibilities will include: cloning 11i Financial/HR Apps, Performance Tuning and Testing and Adaptation issues.

5+ years of Oracle DBA experience with at least 4 years as Oracle Financials Applications DBA.

Extensive experience with all aspects of Oracle Applications 11i and Oracle Database 8i or 9i product versions in large scale UNIX (Sun and IBM) environment.
