JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Sales Manager leads the sales and business development activities for PRstore in Sandy Springs and is knowledgeable on general marketing, advertising and PR products. The position will develop potential leads, identify marketing challenges facing the business and develop a marketing solution of products and strategies. The Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing the proposal and selling the customer.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support business development efforts and the on-going sales cycle to generate leads and bring in new customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing initiatives to reach potential customers
- Conduct research on accounts and prospects to identify potential business problems
- Ability to develop and qualify sales leads, go on sales calls and provide on-going follow-up
- Attend networking events, seminars, trade shows, etc. to represent the agency and bring in new business
- Ability to come up with marketing solutions to address business problems and articulate verbally in the form of a presentation or written customer proposals
- Work within the retail based advertising agency selling walk-in clients may also be required

REQUIREMENTS
The right individual possesses a combination of marketing experience along with excellent selling abilities.

- 3-5 years experience proven sales performance as an outside sales representative; preferably selling ad space, media or other marketing services.
- Proven experience leading all aspects of the sales cycle
- Consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Understanding of core advertising, marketing and PR functions
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in managing customer relationships
- Must have excellent selling and influencing skills and enjoy the sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable speaking with customers and have good presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to grow with a start-up business is critical
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple demands & priorities
- Degree in general business, marketing or a related function preferred
