Lead a team responsible for the research, design, development and / or integration of very complex learner-centered designs for educational technology solutions.

Leads collaboration with faculty and other clients to determine objectives, learning activities and materials, and assessment strategies; restructuring, adaptation and revision of content to meet the needs of learners; creation of online course materials and learning objects for web delivery; collaboration with technical and non-technical team members to plan, develop and implement online courses using course management systems; support for faculty integration of learning technologies.

Responsibilities include leading a team to establish/use human factors engineering, heuristic evaluations and usability testing for very complex educational technology solutions as well as metrics, setting and monitoring designed to assess the usability of the educational technology solutions.
Leading a team to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of educational technology solutions in collaboration with faculty, multimedia developers, graphic designers, and other educational technologists.
Managing a team to perform usability tests, provide design prototypes and provide ad hoc consulting and support to faculty.

Skills:
Working knowledge of:
Familiarity/expertise with appropriate specific educational applications/program(s); including learner functional needs and design architecture.
Educational process analysis and project management.
Educational system analysis, design, testing, debugging and maintenance techniques and practices.

Demonstrated ability to:
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with faculty, students and technical staff.
Manage time and resources and effectively balance multiple priorities.
Participate as a member of a cross-divisional project team.
Conduct effective training and presentations.
