Full time, days
Responsibilities:

Planning, designing, developing and implementing the Information System related to Pharmacy operations (RXM, POM, Inpatient Pharmacy, electronic MAR, etc.)
Providing support to the Pharmacy Supervisor and departments who utilize the system
Provide education and training activities and support
Coordinates all pharmacy computer activities to ensure proper communications and continuity of service on campus and is available to assist both Cobleskill Regional and O'Connor pharmacies




Minimum Qualifications
 

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and registered in New York State
Five years experience as a Pharmacist in a health care facility is required
Requires a broad knowledge of pharmacy procedures and use of pharmacy information systems, specifically McKesson Pharmacy programs
Good communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision
Contact with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, IS and other hospital personnel
