Deere & Company is seeking a Sr. Engineer/Engineering Supervisor in Dubuque, IA with the following requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering and 6 years related experience. Prior exp. must include: evaluating ADT performance by generating gradeability and retardation curves and conducting systems integration including the selection, design and installation of major ADT Powertrain components; project management and scheduling of new development projects with team members from across the enterprise; providing technical and integration Leadership to teams developing major ADT Powertrain components; integrating inter-company business systems and relationships in terms of information transfer, processes, resources and tools.
