MashON is looking for a QA Lead. Quality Assurance Leads perform a vital role in our development, testing, tuning, debugging, and suggesting detailed refinements that lead to higher quality applications. The job involves playing with (uh... testing) the applications in a systematic way, analyzing performance against the designer's intentions, identifying problems, and suggesting improvements. The QA Lead is responsible for assuring quality in the final product and for finding flaws in the application before it goes public. Responsibilities will include...

* Designing, implementing, executing and debugging information technology test cases and scripts
* Automating test cases
* Finding bugs, defects, and regressions
* Verifying fixes
* Validating and documenting completion of testing and development
* Organizing test structure
* Creating test plans, test suites & test cases
* Developing test processes
* Ensuring smooth test process and team communication
* Coordinating the activities of a test team
* Verifying the validity of the bug reports

Requirements
* 2-3 yrs working experience in testing large-scale projects
* 1 to 3 yrs people management/Leadership experience
* Previous technology industry exp highly desired, but not required.
* BA in Computer Science, BA or equivalent experience in Lead QA Role
* Ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects
* Write clear and effective performance reviews
* Ability to create solid test plans, strategies & test cases
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of PC and Mac and Mobile Phone Platforms, Browsers, Core Applications
* Guide Line knowledge
* Good common sense, interpersonal skills, and overall well-balanced individual
