Responsibilities include assisting with answering phones, filing, making copies and data entry, as well as assisting customers with questions, selling products and services, entering orders into the Crescent Mainframe system and processing orders. Working closely with other employees, maintaining professionalism, and problem solving are also main duties.
 
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. One to two years of electrical industry experience and/or training is preferred but not required. Strong computer and communication skills are required along with ability to successfully perform other administrative and sales duties.
