Responsible for understanding lighting products sold by company and their applications. Training other employees and customers on these products by giving demonstrations and seminars.
 
Primary Duties:

Have a strong working understanding of lighting products sold by the company.
Train other employees and customers on products.
Prepare and present application-oriented product demonstrations for sales calls.
Prepare and present product seminars.
Prepare and assist in preparing customer quotations and system layouts.
Help evaluate existing products as well as possible new products to be added.
Understand and explain Utility Rebate Programs and EPACT legislation.
Prepare and assist in preparing customer utility rebate audit requests.

    Requirements

Post high school electrical or electronics training.
2 to 3 years related experience preferred.
Good communication skills
Product knowledge and product application knowledge.
Ability to establish customer relations and understand customer needs.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.
