Next Jump is looking for 6 hungry, motivated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team. 5 roles are for entry-level candidates with 0-2 years experience. 1 role is for a sales person with 2-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will possess tremendous positive energy and have a strong desire to succeed. As a Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to create direct relationships with executives at Fortune 500 companies while directly contributing to the overall success of the company.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with high volume phone activity, qualifying prospects, building solutions and evolving presentations. This person must also be success driven, and for the more senior role, have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.
Responsibilities: * Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close. * Prospect and warm lead follow up. * Understand customer needs and requirements. * Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of Next Jump's solutions. * Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment. * Provide on-line demonstrations. * Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
* 0-2 years experience for the more junior role; 2-5 years experience for the more senior role * Bachelors Degree required * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational skills * Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to work * Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Compensation:
Base Salary commensurate with experience. Eligible for commission, quarterly bonuses, and pre-IPO stock option grants twice per year.
