Territory offers an incredible growth opportunity! We offer a competitive salary with a lucrative incentive bonus compensation plan. Training and company car provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: LOVE TO SELL! Represent and sell CTB/McGraw-Hill assessment products and services. MUST LOVE cold calling, lead generation, hunting for the business, identifying/contacting/signing the deal with decision makers!! MUST contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory through the initiation and maintenance of contact with decision-makers in school districts and other educational agencies. MUST have full knowledge of the selling cycle and how to manage each stage of the process. Actively develop marketing plans and activities to maintain current customer base and generate new business. Conduct workshops and other types of training activities for clients and promotional events. Bachelor's Degree MUST have incredible ability to cold call to find the decision maker, get the appointment, ASK for the business - PERIOD! Self-motivator, extreme organizational abilities, time and territorial management skills are critical Ability to manage a large and growing customer base, and experience conducting training and in-service programs SOLID knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook PASSIONATE about selling, building partnerships and developing relationships for continuous business development LOVE the financial rewards for finding and building your business - THE SKY'S THE LIMIT!!
