*  Management of a multi-discipline Engineering organization for the development of high assurance communications products in the tactical military radio and networking application domains. *  Provide Senior Leadership for remote site operation, including: security needs, facilities and tools/infrastructure, allocating office space, computing resources, software and capital plan/budgets. *  Manage staffing allocations against defined engineering resource demands, leveraging supplemental resources from broader  resource pools as required. *  Project and program planning, including cost, schedule, and resource estimates in pursuit of customer funded projects and internal R&D. *  Interact with company across all functional areas regarding product and system issues (i.e., Program Management, Product Line Management, Business Unit Management, and Sales). *  Provide oversight and management of multiple engineering projects simultaneously through subordinate managers and engineering leaders. *  Effective interpersonal skills, ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear and logical manner across multiple levels of the organization, customers and vendors. *  Ability to manage and make trade-offs between product recurring cost, budget, schedule and technical solution. *  Organization development to ensure engineering skill sets and resource capacity to meet organization demands. Qualifications: BSEE/CE or equivalent with focus on Embedded Communications, Secure Networking, or RF Systems Engineering and minimum of 15 years in embedded communication and encryption technology or equivalent combination of technical experience or education. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience managing an organization at a remote location Cryptographic embedment experience Secure Networking and/or Information Assurance experience This position requires an active secret level security clearance.
