Description • Directs an organization's financial policies. • Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. • Management of G/L, A/P, A/R, Billing, Commercial Credit and Collections • Requires a degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. (GAAP guide lines) • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Reports to CFO
Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Finance, or Business • CPA a plus • 10-15+ years of Accounting /Finance experience • 7-10 years experience in Senior Management role • Experience with financial management of at least 150 million annual revenue • Acquisition Integration experience a plus • Must have proven successful leadership skills and management at the corporate level • Must have good analysis, and forecasting skills and experience • Must have Dynamic leadership
