Click Here to Apply Online Provide program management support to the Client. Provide planning, programming, budgeting, and administration support for the Program. Develop and prepare policies and operational standards related to the Program and advise the Chief on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization’s mission. Develop and execute program and project plans for the Program and coordinate policy guidance initiatives. Provide planning and technical support to the Customer Review Board (CRB) and to the Chairperson. Provide planning and technical support to the Center Integration Board (CIB) and to the Chairperson. Support the planning and execution of the Client mapping initiative covering ODNI sites, systems and infrastructure. Identify customers’ IT requirements and participate in requirements specification documentation development, verification, validation and modeling. Coordinate with the Chief of Program to define and manage operational readiness of the Program. Provide executive updates and reports to enable the Chief to make informed and strategic decisions on programs and projects. Represent the Program in working groups, meetings, and other public forums, and communicate IT trends and risks to management and staff. Ensure Program initiatives, efforts and customer needs are reflected in service provider memorandums of agreements, service level agreements and operational level agreements. Provide customer IT consulting support as necessary and provide customer communications (news letters, blogs, websites, etc.). Identify IT product and service improvement and implement new IT business process improvements especially as they relate to customer relations and outreach. Duties: The Project Manager shall work with their Manager and other representatives to achieve the objectives of the project they are assigned to. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the specific project (s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project including cost schedules, documentation preparation and customer interaction; Ensures that all control gates are met on schedule; Performs organizational wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems; ensures that the project team members are fully utilized or are made available to support other projects to meet the requirements. Qualifications: Experience managing engineering or development projects. This category includes but is not limited to the following roles: Contractor Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Process Manager. Skills: Must possess excellent customer communications (written and oral). Must possess excellent customer relationship management skills to include outreach and communications experience. Proven knowledge in IT requirements development, documentation, review, verification, validation and modeling. demonstrated experience in supporting and facilitating IT governance boards. Demonstrated experience in IT strategic planning and policy development. proven expertise and skill in developing and writing IT standard operating procedures. Demonstrated experience in working with IT service providers and in developing and writing memorandums of agreement and service level agreements. General knowledge of US Government and IC IT policies and procedures, and federal regulations relating to information systems for a large enterprise. Proven negotiating skills. Demonstrated project management, task management, and problem solving skills. A college degree and/or suitable experience.
