*  Primary focus is web analysis with IT security. *  Responsible for analysis, design, development, support and maintenance of all web-based applications at Client. *  Tests, debugs and documents web application modifications and upgrades. *  Keeps all web applications in optimal performance state at all times. *  Formulates and implements functional requirements for customer’s clinical and/or financial processes and business needs. *  Responsible for implementation of third party software, working with business partners, customer departments and Client staff. *  Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation and literature. *  Determine alternate approaches to clinical/financial issues and select optimal solutions to these issues/workflows. *  Work on complex clinical/financial problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement. *  Able to translate business and system requirements into system deliverables. *  Has a clear understanding of web-based functions and applications *  Ability to analyze the impact of solutions on current processes and existing systems. *  Has full technology of all phases of application system analysis. *  Responsible for customer communication, education and satisfaction. *  Responsible for quality assurance review. *  Acts as project leader for designated projects as assigned. *  Will work on multiple web applications. *  Under limited supervision, performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems’ assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. *  Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them. *  Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security. *  Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required. *  Provides management with status reports. *  Responsible for developing, testing, and implementing policies and procedures to protect the data and activities of the Information Systems operations in the event of a disaster or emergency. *  Updates emergency plans and procedures as needed. *  Coordinates the use of offsite storage locations and resources needed for recovery operations. *  May provide data storage/security education and awareness programs. *  Functions as manager when Manager IT Security Office is absent REQUIREMENTS: *  Must have Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or High School degree with 4 yrs experience. Master’s degree in IT or related field is preferred. *  Must have CISSP/MCSE. *  4 yrs experience is required. *  Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical issues to non-IT individuals in a non-technical courteous manner is required. *  Strong problem solving ability; customer service; ability to manage multiple priorities and follow defined project methodology to meet goals. *  Experience in a wide variety of web development settings, healthcare settings preferred. *  Formal presentation development and delivery skills, to include responding to questions from groups of individuals. *  Ability to create web-based code and applications using Java, HTML, XML, J2EE, Visual Basic, SQL/ other related tools. *  Maintains current and fluent browser based and client server skill set needed to support web-based functionality. *  Ability to analyze program code and correct logic errors when necessary *  Experience with application development and support of web-based applications. *  Understanding of and ability to write programs using relational databases *  Experience in general security administration in a diverse server environment *  Experience with TCP/IP, Windows NT4/2000, Novell NetWare and NT communication troubleshooting, routers, and firewalls. *  Must have ability to identify and solve network related technical issues that may pose a treat to systems security. *  Must be experienced in the implementation of security software packages, intrusion detection software, and security forensics software, network monitoring and sniffing packages. *  Must be experienced in the following; Access control, Telecomm and Network strategy, Security Management Practices, Applications and Systems Development, Cryptography, Security Architecture and Models, Operational Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Law, Investigation, Ethics as it relates to Security and physical security. *  Must have experience in Network engineering and host to host communications. *  Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent Customer
