Manufacturing Engineer at a 400 person plant making Agriculture Machinery. Candidate will interact with all levels of Management, will be part of Improvement team will spend 50% time on current projects, 25%Capital equipment, and 25% on R&D.  Will work on improving processes and lead times.  Must be able to work independently. Requirements: BSME 2+ years Heavy Manufacturing Experience Salary: $45K to $65K
