Click Here to Apply Online Leading financial investment boutique seeing a polished professional investor relations assistant with a stable work history (3-5 years at no more than two companies) who has superior Word Excel and PowerPoint skills and is: Extremely organized and able to manage details Has strong communication and presentation skills to work with clients at all organizational levels Previous experience scheduling meetings and conferences Calendar management, travel and entertainment and other administative duties and Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines with grace and ease. This is a full time position which will pay 60K. Hours are 8:30 to 5:30 with occasional overtime. The Investor Relations Administrative Assistant will provide extensive support to the US marketing effort. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Scheduling All Client Meetings & Update Calls · Answering phones · Maintaining an organized and up-to-date client contact database · Organizing Investor Review Meetings and other events · Planning all travel arrangements and corresponding itineraries · Assisting with expenses of those on the marketing team · Helping with the legal filings of the fund · Working on marketing materials (such as presentations, and semi-annual letters) · Preparing and sending holiday cards/gifts · Event Planning JOB REQUIREMENTS: -MUST HAVE strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint 100% fluency required) -MUST BE extremely efficient, organized, and detail-oriented -MUST HAVE strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients -MUST BE extremely reliable -MUST BE able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects 1) Hours – 8.30-5.30pm with overtime from time to time. 2) Upward mobility – Within Marketing and IR there is no upward mobility but there maybe in other admin roles if someone were to leave. 3) Salary – We are going to say within the $60,000 range depending on experience. Must have min 4 years experience
