The Quality Improvement Director is responsible for the planning, administration and monitoring of Quality Management and Compliance processes and systems which have been approved by the Regional Medical Center Board of Directors. The Quality/Compliance Director will provide coordination for hospital efforts to monitor and maintain a standard of care which meets or exceeds the regulatory requirements and/or standards of the State, Federal Government and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Must possess a or have the ability to obtain an Arizona Registered Nurse License and hold a BSN at a minimum.

A minimum of two years experience in an acute care or closely related healthcare facility and demonstrate a clear working knowledge of general hospital operations. Must demonstrate knowledge of Quality/Risk Management processes (e.g., CQI, TQM, Quality Control, Quality Assurance) and have a proven record of facilitating change in a positive manner.
