We currently have an opening on our team for a Space Planning Analyst. As a Space Analyst, you will be part of the MillerCoors Space Lab where you will learnt the ins and outs of space management and planning. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience and start a career in Beverage Sales and/or Category Management. This is a developmental role and our primary focus is in hiring a candidate with strong aptitude for the work to be done, but also someone with significant potential to grow professionally. The Space Analyst position will work with the Director of Assortment Solutions to build MillerCoors' space management partnerships, with MillerCoors sales and marketing teams, with distributors and with retailers. The goal of this position is to help establish MillerCoors as the space management thought leader for the adult beverage category. Following are the primary areas of responsibility for the Space Analyst role: Space Planning Analysis: -Space opportunity analysis -Distribution opportunity analysis -Communicate opportunities to account team and distributors Managing space management relationships with customer: -Represent MillerCoors space process / advantage to the customer -Present corporate space initiatives and opportunities -Represent objectives category viewpoint to customer -Secure partnership based on represented capabilities Develop/Validate store shelf sets as needed: -Develop planograms (or validate) -Quantify planogram expected results -Communicate final planogram Education & Experience Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business. While we do not require experience in space management to be considered for this role, candidates with any space management experience are highly desired. Qualified candidates will have prior experience in the development of analytical presentations to assist in sales efforts. Qualified candidates will have "Super User" level skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as a the ability to learn new software tools quickly. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business.
