Job descripiton: Responsible for Teradata Applications development and related database administration functions.  Specific responsibilities will include; Creation of stored procedures to populate denormalized aggregate tables, troubleshooting database loading process, Creation of views and tuning of complicated SQL generated BI tolls, developing Unix scripts that use bteq to access Teradata database, developing a peformance and capacity plan to proactively determine it the system is capable of supporting future growth. Skills Required:    5 years IT experience 3-5 years Teradata DBMS Teradata administration Experience with UNIX commands and UNIX shell scripting Strong Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Business Intelligence Informitica ETL design, coding and testing Familiar with Data modeling concepts; can interpret data models Utilize extract, transform and load (ETL) tools to maintain, design, develop, test, implement and document warehouse solutions. Salary: $65K to $95K
