Japanese telecommunication company seeks Japanese/English Bilingual Nework Support Technician for immediate hire. Entry level person who has motivation and willingness to learn new things is welcome!

Job Description:
1.Operation and maintenance at Network Operation Center
2.Dealing with other telecommunication carrier and vendors
3.Customer Support
4.Installing equipment
5.Manage colocation service flow in data center
6.Office work

Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) prefered. Must have basic PC skills(Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc) Must be able to shift positon including night shift and weenends(rotation). This is a non-exempt position with salary of 30K/year.
