The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Bilingual in Spanish & English
* Demonstrated communication team building skills
* 3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment
* Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments in a dynamic environment
* Continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience is desired
* Experienced in employee performance assessments
* Multi task orientated and excellent problem solving capabilities
* Self directed and results oriented individual
