Oregon Human Development Corporation is looking to fill the following position at it's Woodburn office.

The Bi-lingual Empoyment Specialist will share the responsibility of implementing the area's employment and training program for the migrant and seasonal farmworker an/or limited -English speaking population.

Principal responsibilities include developing employment and traininig opportunities, providing case management and work closely with employers and participants to ensure a sucessful match. Developing and maintaining partnerships with community agencies and employers and keeping appropriate records associated with the aforementioned duties.

Must demonstrate bilingual English/Spanish speaking ability and a knowledge of bicultural factors related to the Latino population.Should possess knowledge of the labor market in the target area. Must have an acceptable driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
